Transforming individual thinking and the business models of organizations is a process–a voyage of discovery. We are looking for individuals who understand the need for Compression Thinking and are interested in facilitating groups and mentoring leaders who have begun their voyage. We refer to this role as a Compression Thinking Guide. Our guides will draw on their experiences and interpersonal skills, combined with Compression Thinking training provided by the Institute.
